My fiance put a great deal of effort into finding the 'perfect' engagement ring for me and it was clear to him that it should be handmade. When he approached staff at 1791Diamonds, he had very clear ideas of what he wanted and how the ring should look in the end. From the first moment onwards, he was provided with committed, patient and timely customer service. He could discuss his design requests via email and telephone at any moment throughout the entire process. His ideas were completely respected and he was supported with professional advice through every step. After our engagement, a further plus was the free resizing of the ring which was very easy for us and done within less than a week. It was a great advantage to have somebody we could trust with this because they knew the ring like no one else.

We are extremely happy with the ring and the service we received. In the end, I really got the 'perfect' ring thanks to 1791Diamonds and their fabulous staff. When it's time for wedding rings, we definitely know where to go!

I had something specific in mind for my wife to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary, and 1791 couldn't have made it easier. I told Designer Alice roughly what I was after and within a day I had a beautiful rendered image of the ring design sitting on my desktop that you could have sworn was a photo of the real thing. So from idea to reality in about 48 hours, not bad! We were easily able to make a couple of small design tweaks, and the result was stunning. Right through the process from design to the paperwork afterwards was a pleasure and I would highly recommend 1791 to anyone looking for value for money and an outstanding result. I know my wife loved it :)
