The rings arrived perfectly yesterday morning.

Firstly the three rings together look awesome. They make a perfect fit.

The design and quality is superb. My wife is simply delighted.

In particular the way that the engagement ring tapers its width as it nears the main stone is very pleasing to the eye. Furthermore the way in which the halo holds the stone so securely while leading all of the attention to that main stone and the surrounding diamonds is a really beautiful achievement.

Also you should know that the quality of the packaging was remarked upon too!

All in all I cannot thank you enough for such a painless process and wonderful jewellery that you have sent us.

Although I was not down on one knee on this occasion my wife assures me that these beautiful rings would have more than persuaded her to say yes!

I went to the post office to grab the parcel this morning, and recieved in my hands a medium sized box.... hmmm... strange... its.... bigger than i thought!!

I carefully unhitched the bubble wrap and held quite a unique presentation box... upon opening that box I found another! and then finally the ring. I sat in my beat up rusting car in the morning sun outside the postoffice and was literally blinded by the flashes of colour reflecting off the diamond.

I was initially interested in your company as my choice for an engagment ring because your site steers away from the now prevalent tacky and fanciful image of offering "amazing deals on diamonds and gold". Not only was your site easy to use, but during the entire process I have been guided through in a courtious and professional manner at every stage, from diamond selection to the delivery.

Yourself, your company and the business you do is a credit to the jewellery industry.

I also had a hidden desire that I wasnt going to just recieve a ring in a ring box... It was a treat to find that you (mindread?!) go that extra mile to impress your clients. But it should be said this has been your outward goal the entire way.

My fiance put a great deal of effort into finding the 'perfect' engagement ring for me and it was clear to him that it should be handmade. When he approached staff at 1791Diamonds, he had very clear ideas of what he wanted and how the ring should look in the end. From the first moment onwards, he was provided with committed, patient and timely customer service. He could discuss his design requests via email and telephone at any moment throughout the entire process. The idea of matching mens and womens wedding rings is intrinsically romantic but it neednt mean that your rings must be identical; after all, you each have your own special personality and thats what makes you fit together so perfectly.
