Your staff came across as legitimately interested in my personal endeavour to create the perfect ring & at no time did I ever feel like my input wasn't valued or incorporated. Every detail was important to me, from the ring's design to the diamonds, so when I was advised & listened to in equal measure I knew I'd made the right choice. Best of all were the results...wow! It is nerve-racking to purchase something like an engagement ring online - but once you get passed that you'll be well rewarded by 1791 Diamond! The customer service, the design input and the quality of the end product were all excellent - especially the end product! I've just had the ring independently valued for insurance and was gobsmacked to find they priced it at well over a third again what I paid for it, they also noted that the craftsmanship was excellent.
