I had something specific in mind for my wife to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary, and 1791 couldn't have made it easier. I told Designer Alice roughly what I was after and within a day I had a beautiful rendered image of the ring design sitting on my desktop that you could have sworn was a photo of the real thing. So from idea to reality in about 48 hours, not bad! We were easily able to make a couple of small design tweaks, and the result was stunning. Right through the process from design to the paperwork afterwards was a pleasure and I would highly recommend 1791 to anyone looking for value for money and an outstanding result. The attention to detail in the Pia diamond engagement ring makes this a truly unique and beautiful design.
The split shank allows for the lovely bead set diamonds to nestle in two rows, highlighting the shoulders of the ring shank beautifully and drawing the eye inwards to the fabulous claw set centre stone.
Even by itself, the round brilliant centre stone would have fabulous sparkle and this is only enhanced by the side stones. The claw setting elevates the diamond, showcasing the stone without overpowering it.
The Pia design is certainly a very glamorous ring and you may have some concerns about the practicality of wearing it on an everyday basis.
