I just wanted to give a big thank you for all the work on the ring - it looked even better than I thought it would and my now fiancee loved it!!! The timing was pretty incredible too, as I had planned to go ahead and propose on friday night, without a ring (controversially!) but then to have the ring finished early and literally hours in before the deed was great! So thanks Alice for all your work on the ring and everyone for being cheerful and helpful and encouraging throughout, I appreciate it all!

i was just about to send you a letter thanking you for all your efforts, it was very much appreciated! the ring looking amazing and we are having great comments about it. the propsal was great it was on the beach in a private kabana. i would just like to say thank you once again for all your efforts and extra care you put it.
