1791 are very impressive..they are efficient, seriously professional, honest, quick to respond and also make you feel like you are the only customer they are working with by responding to any query no matter how small with care and friendliness. I couldn't have asked for better customer service and although in some ways I was nervous because I am based in the UK and the ring had to be made overseas and sent to me without even trying it on I could not be happier with my ring and I have comments made almost daily about how beautiful my ring is. I would highly recommend buying from 1791. They are fantastic value and I having looked for my ring not only online but in many shops, I am yet to see anything nearly as unique and stunning as my ring and that is thanks to the skill that Alice has and the amazing quality of the stone that she/her team found me. Many thanks for the beautifully crafted Duchess Ring that my fiance bought me. It's so clear and we like the cut of the diamond that sparkles in every angle we look at it! We love watching it sparkle in the sun and with some indoor warm lighting. It's dazzling really well and we love it! We also like the set of our Duchess ring. The simple and minimal frame makes this one piece ring extra elegant. We fell in love with it as soon as it was put on my finger!

On another note, we also like the presentation of the box. We like the big navy box, the smaller box that keeps our ring safely in the middle with a ribbon underneath for easy lifting. We can see how much attention 1791 paid to the details from making the ring to the delivery to the end user!

We also appreciate the fact that our order is followed up closely by a designated customer service person. It makes the whole shopping experience a trusted and enjoyable one. It's true we didn't know what to expect as we're ordering something so special and precious online.
